Description: Bullard High School graduation was held on Saturday, May 31, 2008 at 10 a.m. at Tyler Junior College’s Wagstaff Gymnasium in Tyler, Texas. Valedictorian Bailey Coerver, daughter of Colby and Mary Coerver, plans to study environmental policy at Evergreen State College. Her high school achievements include National Honor Society, Key Club, UIL Academic Team, Student Council, Science Club, Spanish and Afghanistan Communications club, and regional qualifier in cross country. She won Student of the Year award, Rotary Club Young Citizenship Award, UIL readywriting District Champion, and Outstanding Senior Award from All East Texas Academic Team. Salutatorian Austin Camp, son of Dennis and Heidi Camp, plans to study biomedical engineering at The University of Texas. His high school achievements include National Honor Society, Key, Spanish and Science club and Who’s Who Among American High School Students. He won Academic All-District in football, basketball and baseball and All-State in football. Other honor graduates are Patricia Avis, Andrew Barron, Amber Braaten, Erin Huffman, James Gardner and Logan Wiggins.
