Description: Brownsboro High School graduation was held on Saturday, May 31, 2008, 7 p.m. at Tyler Junior College in Tyler, Texas. Valedictorian James Peters, son of Pamela Rains and Jim Peters, plans to study petroleum engineering at the University of Texas. His high school achievements include Academic Athlete of the Year, National Honor Society Parliamentarian, Woodsman of the World award, Lions Club award, and on the district UIL math team. Salutatorian Michael Perry, son of Murry and Silvia Perry, plans to study business at the University of North Texas. His high school achievements include senior class Vice President, National Honor Society, Lions Club award, won several district UIL awards and received the Board of Regents Scholarship at the University of North Texas. Other top 10 graduates are Ian Nichelson, Allison Chambers, Marla Pollard, Amber Strickland, Julie Travis, Brooke Romo, Stormi Kassinger, Meredith Crawford, Stefani Vause, Nathaniel Kuhns, Tiffany Nix and Carlos Robles.
