Description: The annual Chapel Hill Baseball Association's Fun Day was held on Saturday, May 30, 2009, beginning at 9 AM. Activities lasted throughout the until late into the evening hours. Players participated in the Hit, Pitch, and Run Contest, with awards given for the top three finishers in each age category. The concession, overseen by Phyllis Clakley, kept the players and families well fed with some ballpark favorites. League teams scrimmaged throughout the afternoon . Following the scrimmage games, the annual Home Run Derby and adult softball game were held. The participants and attendees had a fun-filled day.
