Description: The Arc Boo Ball Kickoff Party was held at Hollytree Country Club on Wednesday Aug 19 at 6:30 pm. The theme for this year's Boo Ball--The Love Boat Sails the South Seas--was announced, along with this year's event chairs--Holly & Eddie Howard and Ellen & John Musselman. This year's raffle item, a diamond necklace valued at ,000 donated by Mayor Barbara Bass, was presented.
