The winning photo for week 11 was taken by You Spotted user Tracy Ragan of Lindale. "This picture is of my daughter, Alex Ragan, who is the captain of the Lindale Star Steppers, and her best friend Katelyn Williams, who is a trainer at Lindale," Mrs. Ragan wrote in an e-mail. "The picture was taken at the Lindale versus North Lamar game after the traditional 'Thriller' performance put on by the Star Steppers. Alex is a senior this year, so we take tons of pictures for a senior scrapbook."
